Please join us in welcoming (back) Walker Owen, Project Engineer, to the CHW Engineering team! Walker and his family have returned from the “golden” state of California to the “sunshine” state of Florida to plant their roots, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome Walker back to the CHW family.

Walker previously worked with CHW for nearly three years before moving across the country. Walker brings his experience in pavement design, roadside safety, draining and stormwater treatment, and environmental impacts to the CHW team and the clients and communities we serve.
