CHW Professional Consultants, a 30+ year planning, design, surveying, engineering, landscape architecture, and construction services firm, welcomes Randall S. “Randy” Olney PE, MBA, Director of Engineering leading our Land Development department.  

Randy has over 18 years of professional engineering and leadership experience as a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Florida. Randy’s knowledge of land development engineering and the associated entitlement processes will enable him to lead CHW’s clients, projects, and staff throughout the state. In Randy’s new role he will provide strategic oversight and direction to significantly help CHW focus on growth for the land development team in all CHW’s offices. ​​​​​​​
