Monique has almost 30 years of experience in civil engineering design, transportation and design, and project permitting. Monique’s transportation expertise is diverse with expertise in roadway resurfacing and rehabilitation, Complete Streets, bike and pedestrian facilities, intersection design, temporary traffic control, and a proven track record in project management and resource deployment. She will be an integral part of CHW’s executive team overseeing the expansion of the transportation team, operations, and client relations.

Monique is a passionate advocate for the STEM community and has a long-standing commitment to making a positive impact through her work. Prior to retiring in 2021, she served as CHW’s Director of Transportation Engineering and had been a part of the CHW team since 2003.
