Mr. Walpole is Chief Operating Officer at CHW, an NV5 company. Robert’s core responsibilities are to lead, guide, and direct, to ensure the carrying out of daily operations, as well as management and mentorship of technical and non-technical staff in engineering, construction administration, and construction engineering inspections. Working with communities throughout Florida, Robert’s professional experience focuses on designing and engineering infrastructure for the built environment. On a master planning level, he has led and participated in site-specific planning for all types of development ranging from municipal infrastructure to healthcare, institutional, commercial, master-planned communities, and university campus planning. He leads development teams through conceptual planning, site design, and project implementation with sound engineering principles and a deep understanding of the design and construction process.
