The RTS Bus Fleet Maintenance & Operations Facility project consists of the design and construction of a functional, cost-effective and attractive maintenance and operations complex for Gainesville’s Regional Transit System bus fleet.

The complex is comprised of five individual buildings: a new, 70,240 SF Bus Maintenance Facility that is a partial two (2) story and partial one (1) story with mechanical mezzanine, a 980 SF single story Services Building, a 6,480 SF Bus Fueling Station, a 14,665 SF Bus Wash Station, and a 31,270 SF two (2) story, Administration/ Operations Building.
