Mills Creek is a multi-family residential apartment complex in Nassau County, FL.  The development includes 300 residential units with an amenities center, dog parks, and a ±10-acre recreational park.  The site was designed around the majority of existing wetlands and floodplain.  An off-site sidewalk was also designed along Semper Fi Road to provide pedestrian connection to SR 200. CHW provided Client Advocacy, land planning and urban design, transportation engineering, and land surveyor and mapping services.
