CHW provided land surveying + mapping, civil engineering, and construction administration services for the extensive remodel and expansion of Frank Deluca YMCA. The new construction added nearly 14,000 sf to the original 36,000 sf building. The additions included an expansion of the workout space as well as two new racquetball courts. The project also included the addition of new locker room facilities and a conference meeting room. To complete the renovation, the last component of the project was the addition of the new healthy living cafe for the Frank Deluca YMCA.
