As part of Trimark Properties ongoing efforts in neighborhood revitalization and historic preservation, an Art-Deco style multi-family residential building was purchased and dutifully restored to its underlying character and form, reopened then as Deco 39.  The multi-family residential structure presented the unique opportunity to create a focal cornerstone to the innovation District (iDistrict) and frame the University Heights neighborhood with a building type rarely seen in Gainesville.

Working within the constraints of the built environment and existing building footprint, CHW carefully engineered a practicable solution that resulted in a complimentary addition to the City of Gainesville and a unique extension to Trimark Properties diverse housing opportunities for the City of Gainesville.

In short, CHW is providing land planning, urban design, client advocacy, civil engineering, land surveyor and mapping, and construction administration services (CEI).
