CHW provided professional land surveyor, urban design, and permitting services for the paving of Ashley Lake Drive and Ashley Lake Boulevard in Melrose, Florida. The existing roadways are unpaved limerock, and the expectation is that the limerock will be suitable for reuse in the subgrade and base in the final pavement. The paved roadway will consist of two 11-foot travel lanes with grass shoulders and drainage ditches where appropriate, all within the existing 66-foot wide right-of-way.
