The Oakmont New Elementary School project consists of a ± 100,000 SF two-story 950 student station elementary school with parking areas, bus loop, covered and grassy play areas, associated utility, and stormwater infrastructure.

CHW is providing professional land surveying, civil engineering, landscape architecture design, specifications, permitting and construction services for this new school to be built on an 18+ acre site in southwest Gainesville.

This project is currently permitted with all regulatory agencies and is waiting for the final design. Construction started March 2020 and is slated for an August 2021 grand opening.
