+ Over 15 years’ experience providing high-quality graphic design and analysis for the environmental permitting of private and public lands in Florida and South Carolina utilizing ArcMap and AutoCAD Map 3D.

+ Don’s love for the A/E/C industry started in 1992 as a Chainman + Survey Technician in Washington 

Shawn Merriss | Instrument Person | Ft. Myers 

+ A diverse background in construction, management, and data entry
+ Recent experience in general construction of resident projects in Southwest Florida as a Contractor Assistant
+ Fun fact: Shawn is 2004 Vermont State Champion for stacking Oreo Cookies!

+ Danika is a returning employee, previously working with CHW’s Planning + Design team members E.J. Bolduc III and Laurie Hall for 10 years, and served on the City of Gainesville Planning Board for three years
