CHW is excited to welcome David Morin, PE as Senior Project Manager to our Engineering team.  David brings 30 years’ experience in civil engineering and has worked on an extensive array of development, transportation, and surface water management design, permitting, and construction projects throughout Florida.

As Senior Project Manager, David will lead our clients and project teams from concept to construction ensuring each project moves seamlessly.  His experience will expand our team’s capabilities in Gainesville, Jacksonville, and Ocala; we are excited to have him on board. Welcome, David!
