CHW announces the promotion of Josh Highlander, PE, CGC to
Vice President of Engineering and Construction Services
Jacksonville/Gainesville/Ocala, Florida, October 6, 2016– CHW Professional Consultants, a leading land planning, urban design, land surveyor, civil engineering, transportation engineering, and construction administration services firm announces the promotion of Josh Highlander, PE, CGC to Vice President of Engineering and Construction. Josh is transitioning from his current position as Director of Construction services into oversight of the Civil Engineering and Construction Administration Services (CEI) Departments. Josh will foster the development of client relationships through accountability in the quality of service provided, innovation of business development strategy for departmental growth, and identification of potential areas for corporate growth related to capability and market demand. He will continue to report to Robert J. Walpole, PE, LEED AP, CHW President.

Josh brings 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Design, Preconstruction Services, Construction Management, Construction Administration, and Construction Engineering Inspection to his role as CHW’s Vice President. He is a 2006 graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering with emphasis on Construction Management. Mr. Highlander maintains professional affiliations with the US Green Building Council and Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF), as well as being a licensed General Contractor and Professional Engineer.
