Jacksonville, Gainesville, Ocala, Florida, April 20, 2016 – CHW Professional Consultants has been providing Land Planning, Land Surveyor, Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering and Construction Administration and Construction Engineering Inspection services throughout Florida for nearly 30 years. As passionate client advocates dedicated to improving and growing communities, CHW will begin providing new services to our already stellar Land Planning department to assist our clients in realizing their complete vision. Our new Planning + Design group is offering Professional Consulting Services in Landscape Architecture and Land Planning, including Urban Design and Re-Development, Master Planning, Parks & Recreation Design, Community Planning, Hardscape Design, Wayfinding & Thematic Design, Environmental Graphics, Public Facilitation, Economic & Market Analysis, Transportation Planning, and Policy Analysis.

CHW has brought on experienced Landscape Architect E.J. Bolduc III as Vice President to lead the Land Planning + Land Design group. Mr. Bolduc has been practicing landscape architecture for more than nineteen (19) years. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and is a Registered Landscape Architect in the State of Florida.  He is a LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Mr. Bolduc is also a Past President of the Florida Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.

Managing CHW’s Land Planning + Land Design departments will be Mr. Craig Brashier, AICP as Planning Manager and Mrs. Elisabeth Manley, RLA as Design Manager. Craig Brashier is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners and has over fourteen (14) years of experience in land planning and project management. Craig focuses on comprehensive and land use planning, zoning, entitlements, and due diligence analyses. His breadth of experience ranges from advising clients and local governments on Comprehensive Plan text and map amendments to large-scale planning efforts with extra-jurisdictional and regional impacts.  Elisabeth Manley is a Registered Landscape Architect with more than sixteen (16) years of experience in a wide variety of project types including parks, trails, campus, commercial, and transportation-related projects. This experience has provided her with expertise in site design, public facilitation, construction document preparation, construction administration, and project management.  Mrs. Manley is a member of the Florida Greenways and Trails Foundation Board and serves as Chair of the City of Gainesville’s Public Recreation and Parks Advisory Board.
