We are pleased to announce that CHW’s Planning + Design team is working with the City of Jacksonville’s Downtown Investment Authority to abandon the Consolidated Downtown Development of Regional Impact (DRI) that regulates development in the City’s downtown area. Our professionals are excited to assist the City of Jacksonville and look forward to creating and implementing long-term strategies that support continued growth and community success in the City’s downtown core.
