The Board of Directors of CHW Professional Consultants (CHW), leading planning + design, engineering, surveying + mapping, landscape architecture, and construction services firm, recently announced key organizational changes to advance strategic growth, taking effect January 1, 2022. Aaron Hickman, PSM, CQM promoted to Vice President of Surveying + Mapping.
Aaron Hickman, PSM, CQM, has been promoted to Vice President, assuming the responsibilities for CHW Surveying + Mapping operations, for all regions and markets. Aaron will be transitioning his director responsibilities throughout 2022.
Daniel Young, PE, LEED AP assumes Vice President of Engineering, Land Development, Transportation and Construction Services.
Daniel Young, PE, LEED AP, Vice President Engineering assumes the responsibility of the Construction Services Department (CA/CEI) while maintaining Land Development and Transportation, putting all engineering services under his leadership.
In addition to this exciting news, the Board has elected new officers and imparted new responsibilities.
Robert Walpole, PE, LEED AP, takes on CEO title and responsibilities.
Robert Walpole, PE, LEED AP will take on the additional role of CEO. The CEO title solidifies the responsibility of furthering the commitment to expand the company, ensure performance, demonstrate culture, and lead the overall operations of CHW.
Kevin Hewett, PLS moves into the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) position.
Kevin Hewett, PLS, appointed, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), in charge of strategic plan oversight, champion of the CHW 2025 Vision, and leading the expansion into new services and geographical markets. For the foreseeable future, Kevin will continue to work daily through coaching and mentoring within the survey department.
