Aloft Hotel, Gainesville’s first luxury boutique hotel, broke ground at its new site off 34th Street and Hull Road. Linking with the University of Florida’s Western gateway, this project is another key building block that our City and County Commissioners envisioned decades ago as a place where a great mix of residential, retail, and services would come together. CHW provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, land surveying, land planning, and CEI Services.
