We are delighted to announce that Walker Owen, EI has been promoted to Project Manager. 

Mr. Owen has a B.S. Civil Engineering, with a concentration in Water Resources, from North Carolina State University. Walker has seven years of experience in the public and private sectors across Northcentral Florida and Southern California. He has contributed his skillsets in Water Resources, Municipal representation, Erosion Control, Stormwater Management, and Utility Design to countless land development projects. 

​​​​​​​In his role as Project Manager, Walker will drive our land development projects from concept to construction and lead a dedicated team.​​​​​​​
