Alachua County Agricultural and Equestrian Center Ribbon Cutting

The new Alachua County Agricultural and Equestrian Center opened its doors this past Saturday to host the 40th Annual Alachua County Youth Fair and Livestock Show.

Congratulations to UF/IFAS, Alachua County, and the City of Newberry on the completion of this great community facility. The Agricultural and Equestrian Center is an open-air facility that offers seating for 2,000 attendees. On top of events like the Youth Fair, the new center will host equestrian events, concerts, trade shows, festivals, rodeos, auctions, and more.

CHW provided site master planning, surveying and mapping, landscape architecture, and engineering services to update and improve stormwater infrastructure and the parking offerings for visitors.
