Hotel Eleo is a six-story, 120,000-SF Guest House that provides a proximal place to stay hospital patients and their families. Overlooking Rush Lake, the sleek architecture and Bezier-like curve of the building highlights the combination of glass, steel, and concrete. The hotel has 173 rooms and suites (including twenty accessible guest rooms), entry lobby with reception area, bar and lounge area, and related food preparation facilities. Other amenities include: fitness room and water-front linear park with walking paths.

The hotel’s site is located south of the UF Health Heart & Vascular and UF Health Neuromedicine hospitals and construction consisted of the demolition of the former Rush Lake Motel.
