The CHW Construction Services team is growing! We are excited to welcome Phil Hines as Sr. Construction Inspector and Beth Phillips as Construction Services Project Assistant.

Phil Hines comes to CHW with 30 years’ experience in materials testing, threshold inspections, and asphalt and roadway inspections. He is fully certified and will serve as Lead Inspector on transportation and infrastructure projects.

Beth Phillips’s extensive organizational and client interaction skills lend her an “attention to detail” methodology that matches our team’s focus on quality and precision.
