We provided the City of Gainesville’s Department of Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Affairs with a Masterplan to communicate the future vision for  Cofrin Park. The plan included a nature center, an expanded playground, a revised parking layout, and stormwater retention. We met with the client various times to review concepts and refine the plan. The final deliverable included a Masterplan rendering, a perspective, and vision imagery. CHW provided land planning and urban design services.
