The Nine is a four (4)-story multi-family residential development with a seven (7) level parking garage located in the City of Gainesville.  The development includes 179 units with 627 bedrooms, an amenities center, and courtyards.  This project also includes an underground stormwater vault system located underneath the parking garage.  This project redeveloped both single-family residential units and a non-residential use to increase the utilization of the site.  CHW prepared and administered a Small-scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezoning applications prior to development of the site.  CHW also provided professional land surveyor, landscape architecture, civil engineering, transportation engineering, construction engineering inspection, and construction administration services for this project.
