Gainesville/Ocala, Florida, June 25, 2015 – CHW, north central Florida’s leading planning, surveying, civil engineering, and construction services consultants is proud to announce the addition of Michael (Mike) Harbert, PLS as our newest Surveying Project Manager. Mike is helping to expand the capabilities of our surveying department and ensuring the implementation of CHW’s professional services.

We are energized by Mike joining the CHW team and look forward to the knowledge and experience he brings.” states Kevin Hewett, Vice President of Surveying and Construction services.
Mike is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor with more than 30 years’ experience which significantly broadens our overall depth and breadth in the department. He is well versed in the realm of surveying with responsibilities that include managing project schedule and budget, field crew scheduling and deployment, record research, data analysis, computations, boundary decisions, subdivision design, digital terrain models, CAD and drafting, field work collecting data and setting corners on boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys using total stations, electronic data collecting devices, and survey quality Global Positioning Systems (GPS).
Mike is married, has 3 children, 2 Great Danes, and is active in Babe Ruth Baseball League, participating as Umpire and District Commissioner for District 5. We welcome Mike to the CHW team.
