Beyond her professional role, Morgan is a passionate advocate for fostering a vibrant, inclusive company culture at CHW, an NV5 company. She has played a pivotal role in leading our Employee Action Committee (EAC) in Fort Myers, ensuring that both office and field staff feel welcomed and valued during company events. As the EAC’s 2024 President, Morgan has been instrumental in blending the cultures of CHW and NV5, promoting unity and mutual respect throughout the integration process.
