We’re not just about building a better world, but also about building better futures. Last month our team participated in the Nease High School Career + Technical Fair and had the unique opportunity to introduce students to the exciting world of #CADD and its vital role in transportation engineering. 

In an era where technology drives progress, CADD is the backbone of modern design processes, from roadways to bridges, facilitating innovative and sustainable solutions. Witnessing the enthusiasm of these young minds for CADD and the broad range of STEM careers in the AEC sector was an affirmation of a bright future ahead. 

Thank you, Nease High School and the dedicated volunteers, for organizing this fun event. It was great to join other local employers and institutes in showcasing the myriad of career paths available and showcasing our collective commitment to stewardship and education.  

We are not just engineers, planners, and surveyors; we are also mentors, guides, and stewards. We believe in paving the way for the next generation of innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders. And appreciate these opportunities that allow us to do just that.
