Gainesville, FL – We’re excited to announce that our very own Braxton Linton III, Project Planner at CHW since 2022, has been appointed to the City of Gainesville Development Review Board (DRB) as of March 2, 2023. 

As a DRB member, Braxton will review variances, major development plans, and design plats, ensuring compliance with local ordinances. This role will further his expertise in Gainesville’s Code of Ordinances, Land Development Code, sunshine law, ethics, and procedures. 

Braxton’s term lasts until November 2023, when he’ll be up for reappointment. Join us in congratulating him on this fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth of Gainesville!
