The Gainesville Mixed Use project is a prime example of positive infill redevelopment. The project will be a six (6) story mixed-use building with non-residential / retail uses on the ground floor and residential units on Floors 2-6. The mixed-use building will replace an abandoned car wash and vacant retail and office space in the heart of the City’s core urban area. This project will also play a key role in framing NW 13th Street / US 441, a major entrance into the City of Gainesville. CHW is providing land planning, urban design, civil engineering, client advocacy, and construction administration services.
